Intentionally Local

The LOCAL motel & shops were created as a central, ‘basecamp’ location in the heart of Eugene for all of your adventures nearby & throughout the state of Oregon.

Designed and curated by Jordan Iverson, a local, born and raised in Eugene, Oregon. He designed each room using colors and materials cohesive to the area. Each room also features unique photography or artwork inspired by the PNW, that he created for this motel.

Each of the 11 fully renovated rooms feature plush mattresses, upscale bath amenities, & aesthetic interior furnishings & designer details. Every room offers a coffee station, HDTV streaming and hi-speed WiFi, all included for free.

A modern bedroom with a large bed, gray blanket, white pillows, and a round accent pillow. There are two bedside lamps, framed artwork on the wall, a small indoor plant, a TV, and a wooden console. The room has a wood floor and a small bathroom with a toilet in the background.
